The Adapter allows the Slimline vent to be fitted to vehicles which have double skinned roofs or inner lining such as plywood or insulation. An adapter will be required for any roof thicker than 9mm.
It acts as a rigid bridge between the inner roof and the shutter and it is supplied in two parts, the adapter tube and adapter plate and can be used to accommodate roof thicknesses from 10-130mm.
