The Flettner® F3000™ is the next generation of wind-powered roof ventilation, developed as an improved replacement for the widely used Flettner F2000™. Building on the proven design of the F2000™, the F3000™ has been redesigned to provide higher airflow, improved aerodynamic efficiency, and quicker installation. With extraction rates increased by up to 20%, it offers an effective solution for maintaining ventilation in commercial vehicles, trailers, and specialist transport applications.
Featuring a patented dimple design, the F3000™ maximises rotational efficiency and torque, allowing it to start spinning at lower wind speeds and deliver powerful, consistent ventilation without the need for electricity. This makes it an ideal solution for commercial vehicles, trailers, animal transporters, and specialist vans where reliable airflow is essential.
The F3000™ has also been engineered with installation in mind. With just two main components—an integrated rotor assembly and shutter—installation time is reduced by up to 50% and can be completed by one person. A sticker cutting template and clear installation instructions are provided to ensure accurate and simple fitting.
As with all Flettner® products, quality and durability come as standard. The F3000™ has been extensively tested in wind tunnels and real-world conditions, using high-grade plastics and premium stainless-steel shafts and bearings to deliver a true fit-and-forget solution.
