The Daken ZEN30 180L Black Powder Coated Steel Toolbox is constructed from high-quality electro-galvanized steel, offering a combination of durability, modularity, and ease of transport. Part of Daken’s latest ‘ZEN’ line, this toolbox is designed to withstand harsh conditions while providing secure storage.
Featuring the innovative ‘NexT’ handle, the ZEN30 toolbox provides practical and reliable security with its watertight compression seal, which protects the contents from water, dust, and other environmental elements. It includes two keys (the quantity may vary by size), offering enhanced protection against theft and damage.
The toolbox is crafted from electro-galvanized steel, providing a strong and durable structure. Its black powder-coated finish adds superior corrosion resistance, ensuring the toolbox remains in excellent condition for years. The 180-litre capacity and dimensions of 800mm (L) x 400mm (H) x 400mm (D) make it spacious, and with a total payload of up to 28kg, it is capable of handling a wide range of tools securely. The box is robotically formed and TIG/laser welded for enhanced strength and durability.
While installation is straightforward, the Daken ZEN30 toolbox requires Daken Brackets (sold separately) for proper mounting. Following the manufacturer’s guidelines ensures a secure fit for your vehicle.
